Can I try but not buy?

Yes, feel free to drop in and try a few hats we have in the store, see what shape and style works for you. You don't have to decide right away. If you find something you might like, we'll be happy to send you a quote, so you can take your time to think if you want to make that commitment.

Do I get a box with my hat?

That depends: only our hat priced from 300 Euro come in one of our wonderful hat boxes.

Do you still make headbands?

Yes, we absolutely do. Have a look at the website or contact us directly if you have a specific wish for your headband.

How long does it usually take to make a hat?

From first conversation to the finished product it usually takes around 6-8 weeks.
For detailed timings it's best to reach out to us directly - we'll do our best to make it work for you.

Do you make customizations to the hats on your website?

Absolutely, we're happy to change trims, colors, accessories to your liking.

Can you match the color & fabric of a hat to my outfit?

That depends: straw yes, definitely.
When it comes to felt we'll try to find a match for you. But dying felt is a tricky process.

I have an old hat that needs to be reshaped. Can you do that?

Sure, we'd love to give your hat a new life. Best to reach out via email to let us know what hat you have, and what you'd like to have done.

I have a specific idea in mind – can you help me bring it to life?

In general, yes: we love to help you create your own design.
However, please know that we only do this with genuine ideas. Meaning, as long as your idea is not directly copying the design of another milliner.
